This remote, 60 minute flow based class is tailored to the needs of your inner and outer climber. This class focuses on building strength and increasing flexibility in different areas of the body; especially smaller muscles and joints like the neck, hands, and feet. It is appropriate for all levels and ages, with no prior yoga experience necessary. This class utilizes Zoom, which can be accessed in multiple ways on their website here.
Courtney completed her 200 hr and 300 hr yoga teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline under the instruction of Natasha Rizopoulos. At Down Under she has completed all four phases of the Art of Assisting training program with Masaaki Okamura and Einat Peled-Katz. Her class emphasizes alignment to maximize the benefits of each pose while preventing injuries. After only recently finding Rock Spot, Courtney is excited to be climbing again and is especially excited for the opportunity to share her yoga practice with the climbing community.
If you are attempting to join a class, simply select the appropriate class below and input the password when prompted which will be offered after confirming your membership with the gym by phone or at the front desk. As a member, you should have also received an email on the 5th of the month with the password as well if you have subscribed to receive emails from us.
