replaced my chalk bag with a canister of nitroglycerin. I find that it makes my
hands feel dryer and gives me an edge with my explosive movements.

you can expect certain things: Clint Eastwood is the “good guy” and he will
kill a billion other guys to kill the “bad guy.”

for by various groups throughout the Rocky Mountains.
Rock Spot Synopsis: Cliffhanger is the love
child of Die Hard and rock climbing and as with most eighties-action movies, there
is no shortage of guns, explosions, screaming, or body-building. As per the
usual, Slick Sly is at it again with his rough and tumble ways, and with that
comes so many gear malfunctions that Black Diamond salesmen are still crying
themselves to sleep. That being said, Cliffhanger is probably the “best” movie
of the bunch because its ridiculousness is almost expected.
We had an absolute blast at our very first Boston Boulder Brawl (B3). The turn out was fantastic and the energy was high all day long. It was phenomenal to see the best boulder climbers in Boston show up and go head to head. We can’t wait for the next one!
This is the very first of our Brawl compilations. We’ve been hard at work editing all the footage to show you our competitors taking down these amazing problems set by Head Route Setter, Mike Dominguez “MIG” and his incredible setting team.
In this video, we see the Youth Boys exceed our expectations and send not just their Brawl problems, but a selection from the Men’s Advanced Brawl in a Super Brawl to determine who would be the last one standing. It’s an absolute nail-biter as the final competitors get knocked out on the same problem and the title goes to the highest round 1 score.
We’re so proud of all of our competitors and hope to see everyone return for the next B3 with some new competitors to raise the stakes!
