Wall construction is about to begin

Wow. That took a lot longer than we expected.

We are so sorry we haven’t made an update, but we wanted to wait until we actually had an update to make.

The last time we made an update was last October and since then we have had a bunch of delays with the dig and the process of laying down the concrete slab so instead of sharing all the bad news, we thought we’d just wait until we got through it all and give everyone a more positive update that focuses on our projected timeline moving forward.

The slab is finally set, so general contracting work has begun and we actually already have working bathrooms!

General contract work will continue with the team already putting up drywall and laying out electricity, but as soon as everything that needs to get set up behind the climbing walls is finished, hopefully by the end of the month, climbing wall installation from Impact Climbing will begin!

A lot of people have been asking what our projected opening date will be, but if we learned anything from our slab woes, we have no control over a lot of the process so while we’re projecting a summer opening, we’d rather just keep everyone updated here and on our social media feeds.
